Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, provided that the product:
- Has not been worn or washed
- Is in original condition
- Includes all labels
- Is in its original (protective) packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
Not happy with the fit? No problem.
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will send you a new size or variant free of charge.
In most cases, you will not need to return the original product.
This guarantee applies only to sizing and fit issues and is separate from the right of withdrawal.
60-Day Leak-Proof Guarantee
If within 60 days you find that the product is not sufficiently leak-proof during normal use, it is covered under our guarantee.
Even if the product has been worn, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or alternative arrangement.

- You will receive the correct return instructions after approval
Return Steps
- Contact our customer service and wait for approval
- Carefully pack the product, preferably in original packaging
- Send the package to the return address provided
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense
Because this is an international return, costs may average around €19, depending on the carrier.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
Did your order arrive damaged or is there a manufacturing defect?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- A clear video showing the issue
- A photo of the shipping label
We will assess the issue and, if covered under warranty, provide a free replacement or appropriate solution.
Can I Return Without Contacting You First?

Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed and can be refused. Always contact us first.
My Delivery Failed — What Now?
If your order has not arrived due to carrier issues or incorrect address details, please contact us.
If you have not received your order within 30 days, you must report this within 7 days so we can provide a solution.
Late reports may result in additional shipping costs at your expense.
